Google Pixel Watch receiving Janauary 2023 updates

 The Google Pixel Watch is getting a new on-device OTA update to the January 2023 security patch, more than a month after the last one.

This update brings you up to the security patch level of January 5, 2023. RWD9.220429.073 is the new build number for watches in Japan and Taiwan, with a RWD9.220429.073.J1 variant. Google's changelog emphasizes one important fix for older clock faces that do not use the Jetpack Watch Face library:
