BSNL to offer unlimited calls and 2GB daily data at Rs 339


After Jio's Entry in Indian telecom market, we saw a revolution in telecom industry of India. Last Month Jio announced its new Prime Membership plan which again increases the heart beats of all other telecom operator in India. After Airtel, Vodafone and Idea now BSNL is taking a serious steps towards competing Reliance Jio's offer.

BSNL has introduces a new plan for its users offering unlimited calling and Data as Jio. The Rs 339 plan will also be revamped where previously it used to offer unlimited calls to any network and 1GB of data for 28 days, and will now be offering the same unlimited calling to any network and unlimited data for 28 days with a daily data cap of 2GB.

However, the Rs 339 plan will allow users to make unlimited calls within BSNL+ network, but the off-net calls are limited to 25 minutes per day, and after 25 minutes, each user will be charged at 25 paise per minute, the report said.

BSNL is also offering unlimited calling and 1GB data per day for one year if they recharge within March, to counter Jio Prime memebership.In a bid to counter Reliance Jio, Airtel has also come up with new revamped plans to offer 1 GB 4G data per day bundled with unlimited calls.

Airtel is also offering free 4G data to its postpaid customers under its 'Airtel Surprise' offer. It is offering upto 30 GB free 4G data to its postpaid users through MyAirtel app. Airtel postpaid users can avail the free data by clicking on the banner 'claim free data'.
